SHIPPING POLICIES – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our shipping and handling rates are as follows;
CANADA
Estimated delivery time is 2 – 7 business days after Zed Cellular received cleared payment.
Local pick up is available in the Montreal area at our flagship location.
For all sales to Quebec GST of 5% and QST of 7.5% apply. To other provinces in Canada, GST of 5% will apply. For sales to all other locations there is no sales tax.
Optional shipping insurance is offered at $0.50. We are not responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in transit.

USA
Estimated delivery time is 4 – 14 business days after Zed Cellular received cleared payment.
The shipping and handling rates below apply to mainland USA (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US protectorates, and APO). For shipping and handling rate to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US protectorates, and APO please see the international shipping and handling rates chart.
Any duties or taxes due are the responsibility of the customer. We do not mark the items as gifts, or mark down the value. We believe in honesty with our customs officials. For most accessories the value of the accessory is lower than your daily importation limit, so it would not have any effect. There are no sales taxes charged on any sales to any US destination.

GENERAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Zed Cellular is not responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper; you must contact the carrier to further assist you.
All products are sold FOB (Free on Board) our warehouse. This means that the legal title of the goods you purchase passes to you at the moment the shipping agent picks up the goods. For this reason, you are responsible if the shipping carrier loses your package. For this reason we strongly encourage you to protect yourself by purchasing the optional insurance.
For all shipping losses, it is your responsibility to process the claim with the shipping carrier. We will be happy to provide any documentation we have to assist you in processing your claim with the shipping carrier.
WHOLESALE
Expedited shipping is available for all wholesale orders (Fedex, UPS, Purolator, Canada Post, USPS).
